At Michelle Wilson Coaching & Consulting, I help high-achieving women break through plateaus and step into their full potential—while creating a life and business that truly align with their goals and values. My work is deeply rooted in my own journey of transformation, and I’m here to help you navigate yours with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I know what it’s like to want more—to feel stuck, yet know deep down that something greater is possible. I’ve been there, and I’ve done the work to break through. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.

We can listen to podcasts and read books and articles...but figuring out how that applies to our daily lives, decisions, habits, and routines is a whole different ballgame! That’s where I come in. I’ll be your accountability partner, confidant, and cheerleader—walking you through each challenge and chapter of your growth journey.

Beyond coaching, I bring real-world business experience to the table. I successfully ran a brick-and-mortar business for over eight years and spent a decade leading an organization focused on community economic development—earning multiple awards and certifications along the way. I understand the challenges of entrepreneurship, leadership, and balancing ambition with real life because I’ve lived it.

Through coaching and consulting, I provide personalized guidance to help you gain clarity, take bold action, and create real momentum in your life and/or business. My journey—from earning an MBA to running for provincial politics to doubling my income—proves that transformation is possible, one intentional step at a time.
